I'm Shokorashe, a young filmmaker based in Zimbabwe, Harare. I am a colourist because of bringing colour to the African story and creating compelling visuals and powerful narratives to shine a light on the stories of Africa.

I'm a trained cinematographer and colorist, graduated from Film and Television Institute of India. I'm starting out my career as an independent filmmaker and am enthusiastic about collaborating with filmmakers around the globe.

I am creative that has knack for colour. I enjoy anything aesthetic hence my profession but I also enjoy the technical side of things. I am great at problem solving and I always look for something new to learn, meaning I am willing to take on a task I'm not familiar with that I will eventually find a groove with it, making me a great addition to your project. I work seamlessly with a team but can be very independent when needed. I have a curious mind that makes me teachable and keeps me on par with things.
